Steps to renting your next home:
Fill out our Tenant Questionnaire: This questionnaire is a great starting point because it ask all our initial questions about what you are looking for so we can assess how we can help. Depending on your answers some follow up questions might be required.
Meet one of our agents: Schedule an appointment to meet with one of our leasing agents that will be happy to walk you through the process of renting your next home.
Start the search: Once we establish what your budget and needs are, we will search our database (connectMLS) for all listings that fit your needs. We will schedule all showings and walk you through the potential properties.
Application process: We will walk you through the application process and assist with anything needed to get approved for the property.
Lease signing: We will review the lease prior to signing and walk you thought the lease to make sure you understand what you are signing. And our job does not end there. We will be there to help with scheduling key pick-up and if any issues come up during the time of the lease.
